Initial Discovery Call

Receive the FDD
Qualified candidates receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) — a comprehensive document detailing all aspects of the franchise relationship, financials, obligations, and legal terms.
Discovery Day Visit
Visit our Orlando, FL headquarters to meet the executive team, tour our flagship location, shadow operations, and experience the Chuys culture firsthand. This is a mutual evaluation day.
Sign Franchise Agreement
Upon mutual approval, execute the Franchise Agreement, pay your franchise fee, and officially join the Chuys family. We'll assign your territory and kick off your onboarding process.
Training & Site Build-Out
Complete your 4–6 week training program at our training center. Simultaneously, our real estate and construction teams assist with site selection, lease negotiation, and restaurant build-out.
Grand Opening & Beyond
Launch your Chuys location with our grand opening support team on-site. We coordinate local marketing, PR outreach, and a grand opening event to maximize your first-week impact and set the stage for long-term success.
